The H.A.L.O. Project envisions empowered communities where families and individuals have reliable networks of social and human services both public and private that will grow their capacity in sustainable living.

Our Mission

The H.A.L.O project exists to serve and provide for under privileged families and individuals with limited to no means, connecting them to services, resources and programs that can assist in providing for their needs.
